Upcoming Event: Resume & Cover Letter Workshop

Resume and Cover Letter Workshop
Date: Monday, November 12
Location: CoB 221
Time: 6:00-7:00pm

Description: The FMA will be hosting a resume and cover letter workshop to help members improve their resume and cover letters for finance related employment opportunities. Participants in the workshop will have their resume added to the FMA resume book which is submitted to recruiters hiring for finance positions. Recruiters exhaust these internal resources first before going out to actively hunt so it gives members a huge advantage.

ING Information Session : October 25, 2012-6:30pm-CoB 300

The FMA and HAO will be hosting an information session for ING Financial Services on October 25 at 6:30pm in CoB 300.

ING representatives will discuss internship opportunities for finance and accounting positions. Last year, ING recruited 35 undergraduates for positions in several locations across America. While setting up the information session, the HR coordinator expressed the recruiters’ great interest in meeting with FMA students. I have attached a flyer with the basic job description for the internship-2012-2013 ING Internship Flyer. If selected, you will take on a finance or accounting role based on your background and interests. To apply, please visit and complete the application process for both the CareerBuzz posting and the internship posting on the ING website.

If you are interested in attending, please fill out the following survey:
